Future Compliance Ascensus provides all amendments required to keep plans in compliance, and works with employers to restate documents every six years as required by the IRS. Payment Options Ascensus will email an invoice for the enrollment fee for the year services are established and invoices for each year thereafter for annual service fees. Employers will have the option to pay by check, online using a credit card, or by setting up automated payment to simplify the process. Ascensus will invoice the plan annually. Check, on-line credit card payment and ACH billing options are available.
Tax Form Preparation IRS Form 5500 or IRS 1099-R services are not provided. IRS Form 5500 and IRS Form 1099-R (if applicable) services are provided.
Plan Services  N/A Ascensus will provide recordkeeping and administrative services including contribution, loan and distribution processing
Account Statements  N/A - test Statements are prepared and delivered annually.
